Frequently Asked Questions

What does LuxuryCarsOnline.co.uk do?

We source new cars from a number of main dealers and exporters located in the EU, we either import them directly or assist our customers to do so themselves. We only supply vehicles which give the best possible value to our clients.

Can I specify my own car?

Yes, the option to order a car to your own specification is there and we can still be extremely competitive on price. Vehicles built to order take approximately 12 - 14 weeks to be delivered. Vehicles that are shown as stock are delivered in about 4 weeks.

If I do not see the car how do I know what I am buying?

After your initial enquiry and before you commit yourself and place an order you will be sent an exhaustive list of the vehicle specification, which you will inspect, sign, and return to us. The same list will be checked and signed by the supplying dealer so all parties know exactly what is being ordered. On arrival of the vehicle in the UK the car will be checked by our team of engineers who will confirm that everything is as per your order before you take delivery.

Is the price affected by foreign exchange fluctuations?

No, the final price is quoted in Sterling (GBP) and is the guaranteed 'on the road' price you will pay. The price is inclusive of VAT at 17.5%, 12 months Road Fund Licence, first registration fee and number plates
